Video 3-Body and Mind during Stress


The series of videos address the Physiology of Stress (of the Mind and Body) and the Strategies that one can use to cope with the stresses, thrive and revive oneself. Through cartoons and anecdotes that have been created in-house, the videos take the audience through the following in navigating through stress. These include:

– recognising the signs and symptoms of stress; understanding the basis of stress responses

– the effects of stress on body functions and thought processes

– understanding how the body and mind are inter-linked in reinforcing the effects of stress (and dealing effectively with stress

– awareness of the effects of chronic stress

– introducing techniques that can be employed to navigate through stress
